First we helped Dash with his Bib head costume skeleton.
Dash heated up the rebar that me and him welded together a month ago with a torch, the rest of us bent it to the shape he instructed.
Once the rebar was bent Dash put on a mold of his head that will be filled with foam and busted off after it drys. Later he will sculpt Head tails on top of the rebar and foam.
