ED standing tall

Had some daylight left when I got home plus it was still warm so I did some work on ED's legs.
I started by bolting on the pipes to the shoulder flanges, then ground off the ends of the bolts.
Next I set up the router to cut out a small amount of material on the back sides of the legs so the edges of the electrical plate would not be in the way when I bolted the shoulders to the legs.

Once that was done I drilled a threw hole and fished the wires for the motors
With the last part of daylight left I taped my skins on for a minute making sure everything was lined up properly. Taking a few extra shoulder flanges stacked on one another I centered them in the opening and made a divot in the center so I knew where to drill the pipe holes.
Once the holes were cut I closed up shop and brought everything inside and test fitted it together. Not to bad, looks good as far as I can see.
Now Patches really does have a younger brother on the way :)
