Custom side panels

Today I made some side panels for Patches with some scrap styrene I had.
I cut two pieces to the dimensions of the square opening plus a little overhang.
I marked out where I wanted my bend for the flange and clamped it into the brake.
Before bending the styrene I warmed up the brake with a heater. Then I gently warmed up the styrene where the bend would be with a torch from a distance making sure not to melt anything.
Once the styrene was pliable I bent the brake up and turned off the heat. The piece quickly cooled down, the flange stays at 90 degrees.
I then did the same for the one for the other side.
Taking the pieces inside I slid them in from the bottom of the frame where the under side lip will be attached with two jewelers screws or some hot glue.
Perfect fit, nice and snug but not snug enough to make the styrene bend.
