Ups and Downs

I soldered some more wiring in Patches for his periscope that runs threw the slip ring.
Now manually threw the body I can raise and lower the periscope. It will go a bit higher once I get everything buttoned up and the right riser on it. I many not get all the bugs worked out of it by tomorrows event, because I still need to hook his other arm up right when I get back tonight.
