This morning the scale said I am at 225.8, still need to remember to eat breakfast.
The weather was warm again today so I went on a walk in the forest today, I stayed on the boardwalk because the ground is nothing but mud.
This forest could be a good place to make an Endor fan film LOL.
This is an area of the forest that I helped do an oak savanna restoration on 2 years ago.
These two yellow tubes have bur oaks inside them, the first ones I ever planted in this forest over 2 years ago as saplings. Now that my health is returning I will do some volunteer work here again this year.
This is my favorite spot in the forest. Standing in Bellevue Nebraska you look out over the river through a section of Iowa then back over the river into the Omaha Nebraska skyline.After hiking the close to two miles I went back to work.
Later at night I cheated and had some chips and a chocolate soda. Oppps!
